Maintenance Engineer

Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

AIM OF POSITION:

Work with team members to perform preventive maintenances and troubleshooting on utilities and equipment and continuously improve preventive maintenance plan and implement improvement projects to increase equipment reliability and performance and maximize the production continuity under a precondition of safety and quality guarantee.

与团队成员一起执行设施及设备日常预防性维护及故障排查，通过持续改进预防性维护计划及设备性能的项目改造提高设备性能及稳定性，最大程度确保在符合安全、质量保证的前提下生产活动的连续性
 

RESPONSIBILITY:

职责:

Take main responsibilities of process equipment (including powder transfer, compounding, autoclave, filling line, packaging line and HVACs etc.) to ensure them running smoothly and continuously.

承担生产工艺设备（包括粉料传输系统，药业配制系统，灭菌柜，灌装线，包装线和中央空调系统等）的主要维护职责，确保生产设备的稳定及持续运行。

Improve routine preventive maintenance plans and implement improvement projects to continuously increase reliability and performance of process equipment.

通过改进生产工艺设备的预防性维护计划及执行改进项目持续提高设备运行性能及可靠性。

Optimize spare part stock and plan to ensure a safety stock under a reasonable cost management.

优化备件库存及计划，确保合理的库存及成本管理

Expand maintenance skills to act as black utility maintenance engineer’s backup.

通过拓展设备维护技能，可作为非洁净设施维护工程师的后备人员承担相关主要维护职责。

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

资质/经验要求:

More than 5 years relevant maintenance and repairing experience in pharmaceutical/food/chemical industry.

五年以上制药/食品/化工相关行业维修维护工作经验。

Full-time university diploma and major in electrical or mechanical is preferred.

全日制本科毕业，电气及机械专业优先考虑。

Good writing and oral English skills are preferred.

良好的英语书写及口语能力优先考虑。

Good communication skills and basic leadership capability.

良好的沟通协调能力及一定的领导力。
