Let’s do this. In this vital role you will:

  • Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies for manufacturing equipment in compliance with Safety and GMP guidelines, leveraging direct observation and onsite assessment.
  • Lead and facilitate risk assessments (FMECA, RCM, VBM, LCM, LCC) through hands-on engagement with assets and in-person collaboration with Reliability Engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead, facilitate, and perform advanced root cause analyses for equipment failures, work that requires physical inspection, real-time troubleshooting, and interaction with operators and system experts.
  • Advance and implement continuous improvement projects in the maintenance area, driving change through validation and stakeholder alignment.
  • Lead and implement projects to increase asset safety, capabilities and performance, requiring direct involvement in equipment testing, commissioning, and optimization.
  • Conduct regular physical inspections and condition assessments of machinery and systems to identify potential issues early and develop proactive maintenance plans.
  • Collaborate face-to-face with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and automation teams to ensure effective installation, validation, and qualification of equipment, ensuring adherence to GMP regulations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field or level achieved by work experience.
  • Proven experience with developing maintenance plans and coordinating work in a maintenance environment.
  • Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and preferably understanding of GMP standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and executing maintenance projects within defined timelines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
