Job Description
For the MSD Mainframe Business Specialist organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing, supporting and optimizing our internal processes and programs that help support account renewal and solution adoption objectives aligned with attainment of business growth targets and operational excellence.
This is an influential role, focused on close collaboration with cross-functional teams, departments and Divisions to analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement that leads to implementation of processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our MBS operations.
In this rapid-paced and muti-faceted role, you are the glue of the organization and will be responsible for initiating and driving projects through to completion. At the same time, you will develop knowledge of the mainframe, understand how Broadcom mainframe products add value and the role of the mainframe in our customers’ businesses.
Typical Role Definition
Works in conjunction with internal and external cross-functional team members to coordinate MBS strategy and operations daily. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Is an effective communicator who can build productive internal and external working relationships. Has mastered most of the basic job duties and demonstrates an ability to quickly adopt and understand various tools, policies and procedures. Applicant will be required to develop a full understanding of the mainframe, its role in the data center, mainframe licensing and telemetry/SCRT, and software and services that run on the platform.

Work Experience

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $88,300 - $141,300.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
