LTL Sales Support Analyst

We offer less than truckload (LTL), full truckload (TL), expedited, roadshow, warehousing, and ocean freight services. 

  • Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Providing specialized customer service for our customers' less than truckload (LTL) freight shipping

  • Identifying customer needs and maintain a customer service philosophy

  • Accurately quoting LTL shipments and finding ways to help Sales close opportunities

  • Accurately building shipments, confirming pickups and delivery appointments

  • Accurately communicate verbally and written, over telephone and email

  • Being able to multitask, problem solve, and prioritize workload

  • Building relationships with Outside Sales and the LTL team as we work in a fast-paced environment that can become stressful

  • Ability to use decision making skills to offer options and resolve problems

  • Has talent to exercise good judgment with the ability to prioritize projects

  • Knack for adapting to constant changes in work environment, work assignments, and/or changes in priorities 

Performance Measurements: 

Accuracy: Target of 99% accuracy of building and quoting shipments

Efficiency: Target of not falling behind more than 15 minutes in the email queue

Building Relationships: Positive sales feedback will be recognized and rewarded. The ultimate goal is becoming a sales advocate. 

Compensation:

Pay: $35,000.00 per year

Medical Insurance with premiums paid at 100% for employees AND dependent.

Physical Requirements:


Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching.  Capability of sight and hearing required.  Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours.
