[What the role is]
ASSISTANT MANAGER, GEOMATICS & SURVEY[What you will be working on]
You will be an integral part of a dedicated team focusing on the research, development, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to optimize land use for underground infrastructure. This role offers you the opportunity to engage in innovative BIM projects, particularly in 3D BIM conversion, where you will contribute to feasibility studies, define user requirements, and participate in project planning and implementation.
Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with both internal LTA teams and external stakeholders to establish project requirements and tender specifications, as well as addressing inquiries related to BIM projects within the scope of project and maintenance management. You will be encouraged to stay updated on the latest BIM-related technologies, developments, and digital innovations, as well as emerging trends in the field.
[What we are looking for]
• Knowledge in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and familiarity with BIM modeling software (e.g., Autodesk Revit)
• Proficiency in software applications such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bentley MicroStation, and ArcGIS Pro is beneficial
• Knowledge in data analytics will be advantageous
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills, with a good command of English
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and possess a strong initiative, along with a keen interest in problem-solving
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
