Job Description:
The jobholder is responsible for supporting and contributing to the Operational Reliability for Aircraft less than 3 months (OR3M) activity and contributing to the Long Range Family communication media for our customers, under the supervision of the Airbus Long Range Family program.
The Fleet Program monitoring Lead will functionally report to the Long Range Family program Watchtower Manager (SBL) and operationally to the Head of South Asia Fleet Efficiency & Engineering (IISB).
The jobholder is responsible for the following activities:
Analyzing new Operational Interruption (OI) events (new or recurrent topics, potential Technical Root Cause (RC) identification) and pre-categorizing them (Engineering or Quality). This includes proposing necessary actions.
Performing technical analysis of events, establishing the way forward, and ensuring feedback from relevant stakeholders.
Preparing and leading the following recurring reviews:
A330neo OI Weekly
A330neo OR Computation
OR Boost Campaigns when applicable or specific requests
Managing local subcontracting activities on the OR Boost scope.
A330neo OI Weekly Treatment
FPI allocation to OIs on a frequent basis is allowing on-time identification of top drivers and quick decision making (such as new MISPs opening).
- Continuously
Collect additional information from FSRs and/or FHS team to assess on FPI allocation when needed
Action follow up with Programme PMs and In Service Engineering stakeholders
-On weekly basis
Organize weekly screening with relevant stakeholders (SBLL,SBO,1S, etc.), with rolling agenda per ATA (16 domains in total)
Issue MoMs and Actions follow-up.
Prepare materials for this meeting: 1 one pager per OI
Participation to OR Boost governance meeting chaired by SBLL
-On monthly basis
Monthly dashboard incl Backlog evolution (nb of OIs reviewed, nb of OIs not reviewed, Open events backlog)
A330neo OR computation
Ensure on-time A330neo OR computation, so to feed fortnightly OR Boost dashboard issuance to A330 community
OI chargeability status to be consolidated so to ensure OR data reliability.
- Activity and Deliverables:
Continuously collect additional information from FSRs and/or FHS team to assess OI chargeability when needed
- On weekly basis :
Selection of OIs candidates for chargeability change - weekly meeting with SBO and SBLL
Participation to OR Boost governance meeting chaired by SBLL
- On fortnightly basis : draft and consolidate A330neo OR Boost dashboard including:
A330neo OR - 3 Mo rolling - own computation including OR gain thanks to OI chargeability challenge
A330neo OR 3 Mo rolling per operator - own computation + with SBO support for airline heatmap (OR impact)
A330neo OR3M 3 Mo rolling - own computation
A330neo OR - Perception at airline level - with SBLL support
Advanced data collection dashboard - own computation
Participation to meeting chaired by QLA (Manufacturing Q escape review) to analyse and follow up Manuf Q escape items and detect OR3M candidates
- On monthly basis :
Ensure FSR inputs available for main 9 airlines (either through Skywise or G Sheet)
Ensure availability of FSR inputs in Skywise at time of coding
Review OI chargeability of monthly volume
Participation in Monthly AOG report processing (chaired by ZAOG plateau (SBCZ), to allow detection of candidates to Manufacturing Quality drivers, Predictive maintenance solutions and Pre Defined Solutions.
- Every 2 months :
Participation to FAL Bridge meeting - contribution : present OR3M status
Ensure the management of subcontracting deliverables & operations on the OR Boost scope.
