How you’ll make an impact

1.You will oversee daily operations of internal and external warehouses, ensuring safety compliance, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency, then, develop and standardize warehouse workflow continuously.

2. You will address cross-function divisions promptly and propose resolving measures, collaborate with the external warehouse to monitor service quality, resolve operational issues, and ensure alignment with company requirements.

3. You will manage internal material preparation, unpacking, and distribution to production lines, ensuring on-time delivery to meet production schedules, optimize internal logistics routes and workflows to reduce waste and improve material handling efficiency, follow-up internal logistics activities, track performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery rate, material handling efficiency), and propose continuous improvement initiatives.

4. You will be ensuring import/export documentation (shipping documents, customs declarations, invoices, etc.) compliance with local/international regulations, act as the primary contact for customs brokers, external warehouse, and internal departments to coordinate logistics arrangements and resolve issues, stay updated on changes in import/export policies, tariffs, and trade regulations to ensure company’s import/export activities are fully compliant.

5. You will analyze existing logistics/warehouse processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement optimization initiatives to drive productivity and cost savings, establish and track KPIs (on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, process efficiency) and report performance to management, promote cross-departmental collaboration to align warehouse and logistics strategies with overall business objectives.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor or above degree.

2. Two-year work experience.

3.Good daily working English is preferred.

4.Skilled at office software.

5.Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
