Logistics System Analyst

About the role

This role is responsible for establishing global standard processes, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into effective system solutions and workflows. The position also provides daily functional support for warehouse and transportation systems, and drives change management initiatives, including the implementation of new processes, reports, and data analysis.

What You Will Do

  • Understand business processes, gather requirements from stakeholders, and design sustainable process and IT solutions.

  • Drive process efficiency and propose continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with the IT department to ensure logistics systems support operations effectively.

  • Lead warehouse process changes and provide local training to end users.

  • Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.

  • Participate in global logistics initiatives and support their implementation.

  • Oversee the rollout of logistics initiatives to ensure smooth adoption.
     

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain, or warehousing.

  • Familiarity with IT systems; SAP/EWM and Power BI knowledge is a plus.

  • Proficient in English with strong communication and listening skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills; able to handle multiple tasks and projects.

  • Active, fast learner, and proactive with a goal-oriented mindset.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
