Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Logistics Shipping Engineer to execute the daily operations of our international export transportation. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics service providers, factories, sales team, and project team to ensure seamless transportation operations, preparing export documentation, and ensuring efficient and compliant transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Export Transportation Management

Ÿ Manage and oversee international export transportation operations, including ocean & air shipments, to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.

Ÿ Prepare and review export shipping documentation, including Bill of lading, commercial invoices, packing list, and other required shipping documents.

Ÿ Coordinate with freight forwarders, carries, and brokers to arrange shipments and ensure smooth transportation.

Ÿ Monitor shipments status and proactively handle shipping exceptions or delays to minimize operational impact.

Ÿ Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address delays, damages, or other logistics challenges.

Ø Supplier Management & Performance Monitoring

Ÿ Manage logistics service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

Ÿ Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Cost Control & Billing

Ÿ Review and verify transportation costs to ensure accurate billing.

Ÿ Conduct monthly invoice reconciliation and process payment applications.

Ø Data Analysis & Reporting

Ÿ Conduct performance analysis and generate dashboards to track key logistics metrics.

Ÿ Maintain accurate shipment records and support logistics data analysis and reporting.

Ø Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Ÿ Identify opportunities to streamline transportation processes and enhance efficiency.

Ÿ Implement best practices to improve service quality and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· College degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management, preferably in an industrial parts or manufacturing environment.

· Basic skill in Power BI, Power Automate. Python for data processing and automation is a plus.

· Good command of English, both written and spoken.

· Problem-solving and analytical abilities to optimize logistics operations and resolve logistics issues.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.

· Experience in end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing and import/export is plus

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
