Raytheon is seeking successful candidates to perform a wide variety of tasks relating to processing incoming and outgoing of equipment, parts, materials, and merchandise.

What You Will Do

• Wrap, package or crate goods for shipment and ensure completion and attachment of packing labels and markings

• Team building and facilitation skills

• Issue resolution

• Follow all company and OSHA Safety requirements

• Follow policies and procedures in a compliance driven environment

• Follow specific supervisor instructions, seeking assistance when required

• Meet commitments, accomplish goals, and deliver results

• Identify improvement opportunities, developing and implementing effective solutions

• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time management skills

• Multi-task - Determine priorities, manage time, gain colleagues buy-in, monitor progress, and problem solve

• Must be able to lift 28 pounds individually safely and comfortably and 58 pounds as part of a team lift.

• Additional duties may entail incoming receiving material/equipment from the dock area and assisting with outbound shipping of material/equipment.

• Participate in internal and external audits and assist in the resolution of nonconformance. 

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and/or other logistics personnel.

• This is a 1st shift, onsite position.

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with Packing/Shipping

• Experience working with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with manufacturing processes and environments.

• Experience with SAP

• Experience with moving pallet jacks

• Experience working with inventory management systems

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
