By working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to accurate reporting, on time logistics planning and effective decision-making, helping ensure the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Ferring+You
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team and take a key role in logistics operations, supply chain coordination, inventory management, and cross-functional business support in line with local requirements and global procedures, reporting directly to the Accounting, Reporting and Logistics Manager.
Your day at Ferring
• Manage logistics operations including order processing, invoicing coordination, and tender-related activities in alignment with company procedures
• Coordinate import processes end-to-end, including documentation, customs operations, and supplier follow-up
• Monitor inventory levels, stock reconciliation, and packaging materials to ensure smooth supply continuity
• Prepare and analyze sales and operational reports to support business decisions
• Ensure accurate execution of e-invoice/e-archive processes and related documentation
• Maintain supplier records, contracts, and support procurement processes (PO management)
• Track and manage discrepancies, damages, and operational issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities in coordination with the finance team
Behind our collaboration…There’s you
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or related disciplines)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and logistics processes
• Strong follow-up skills with a structured and detail-oriented working approach
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
