Ecolab is seeking an Logistics Project Manager Trainee to join our European International Logistics Team.

What You Will Do
- Working on the implementation of an EU logistics transformational project, improving the freight audit process across regions and vendors.
- Ensuring proactive communication with the Project Team to ensuring prioritization and alignment
- Foster proactive communication with internal teams to ensure project progress and timely issue resolution.
- Building and sustaining strong relationships with vendors involved in operational and compliance requirements
- Maintain end‑to‑end process integrity, visibility, accuracy, compliance, and timely issue resolution with proper prioritization and alignment to project expectations
- Ensuring full traceability and thorough follow‑up of critical topics, including documentation, delivery execution, and exception handling,
- Collaborating closely with the European Logistics teams to capture all relevant operational scenarios.
- Applying TPM and Continuous Improvement initiatives to implement corrective and optimization actions.
- Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while supporting internal stakeholders and contributing to overall project success.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, operations, or related fields.
- SAP experience.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Basic proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Visio.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong and assertive communication skills.
- No visa sponsorship available.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in international Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Access.
- Experience developing end-to-end processes (process descriptions, flows, RACI).
- Previous project management experience.
- Exposure to TPM or Lean methodologies.
