Agropur is looking for a Logistics Optimization Project Manager to join its team in St-Hubert.
The Logistics Optimization Project Manager role is to implement various Continuous Improvement programs and projects designed to achieve operational excellence. He or she will contribute significantly to accelerating the introduction of new work methods in order to minimize the overall operational costs associated with logistical operations. In addition to optimizing storage-site operations in Canada, his or her contributions will impact transportation, distribution and production activities.

Salary range 006: $ 98 400$ to $123 000 (Base salary will be determined based on academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills).
The levers through which you will make an impact:
More specifically, the Logistics Optimization Project Manager will have the following main responsibilities:
Designs, studies, and develops investment requests.
Provides expertise on technical aspects, the impact of projects on the cooperative's strategic vision, human resources, and finances.
Coordinates the work carried out by a multidisciplinary team associated with project implementation.
Leads various work-related workshops designed to uncover new opportunities for improvement, and track indicators and the implementation of action plans.
Supports and provides expert counsel and advice to other members of the team.
What will enable you to create value:
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in engineering, operations management, or other relevant field.
7-10 years of project management experience in the food industry, including team management experience.
Experience in logistics projects, continuous improvement, and implementing change management strategies.
Training in continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques.
Available for occasional travel; must have a driver's license.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (English is required to collaborate with colleagues in other Canadian provinces).
