This critical leadership role is responsible for establishing a resilient, compliant, and cost-effective logistics framework that supports the aggressive construction schedule.

The Manager will ensure the timely, safe, and efficient transportation, storage, and customs clearance of all critical project materials, minimizing delays and mitigating supply chain risks across the vast project site.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Planning & Infrastructure: Develop and implement the comprehensive Project Logistics Plan (PLP), including site layout planning, traffic management, laydown area optimization, and materials receiving procedures.

  • Customs and Compliance: Oversee all import/export processes, customs clearance, and local regulatory compliance for materials entering the Kingdom, ensuring adherence to Saudi laws and project requirements.

  • Transportation & Fleet Management: Manage the coordination of all third-party transportation providers and internal fleet assets, optimizing delivery schedules and routes to support just-in-time material supply to multiple work fronts.

  • Warehouse & Inventory: Establish robust warehousing, inventory management, and material preservation protocols to track all project assets from point of origin through installation.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify logistics bottlenecks, supply chain disruptions, and transportation risks, implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard the project schedule.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CSCMP, APICS) is highly desirable.

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience managing complex logistics and materials handling operations for large-scale, multi-contract construction or infrastructure mega-projects (multi-billion dollar value).

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Regional Expertise: Demonstrated expert knowledge of KSA customs, port operations, local transportation networks, and regulatory compliance.

  • Skills: Proven ability to implement logistics technology solutions (e.g., WMS, TMS) and exceptional leadership skills in managing third-party contractors and large teams.
