The Position

We are now looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Roche Hungary Pharma Affiliate.

You as a  Logistics Coordinator are responsible for the coordination and execution of the logistics, sales & distribution related activities of the Company.

The Opportunity 

As a member of the Pharma Logistics team, you will act as a link between Roche and our partners, customers including hospitals and wholesalers. You will manage the end-to-end order process, while resolving inquiries with a solution- and customer-oriented approach.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals and wholesaler partners (communication mostly in Hungarian) and provide dedicated customer support by managing the hotline, responding to emails, and resolving routine service queries or issues.

  • Process tender invoicing, accurately administer and process product orders, sales order data, and log information into SAP and Pharmalog systems.

  • Support the shipping process through precise data maintenance and documentation, verify transportation and other service invoices and coordinate deliveries by communicating with transportation companies and monitoring paperwork flow.

  • Investigate and resolve issues such as shipment delays, order discrepancies, or credit-related problems and prepare regular reports and ensure timely information flow and support the Customer Service Manager in the assigned project work.

  • Maintain and actualize sales and distribution-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as requested.

  • Act as the Technical Superuser for SAP and maintain SAP master data as a backup and deputize for the Customer Value Stream Partner (CVSP) during absences.

Who you are 

  • BSc/MSc degree in Economics (Finance, Accounting, or Business) with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proven experience in building strong, effective, and sustainable relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.

  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional groups.

  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel, alongside strong general IT navigation skills, with a capacity to quickly learn new technologies (e.g., Pharmalog).
