We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join our Budapest SSC team, where you will support financial performance management and provide key insights across global Product Lines.
Your role:
As a Business Analyst, you will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities across Product Line businesses. You will work closely with global teams to deliver accurate financial insights, support decision-making, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
• Support financial performance management of Product Line businesses in scope
• Contribute to budget and selected forecast processes
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial reporting for stakeholders
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
• Maintain and enhance reporting tools and data structures
• Collaborate with global finance and cross-functional teams
What we’re looking for:
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or business analysis
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills, especially in data analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI
• Solid understanding of financial processes and reporting
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow
