ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to a maternity leave and need of extra resources, we are now looking for a temporary Logistics Coordinator from January until August at least to strengthen our Customer Service team, supporting our global “order to cash” operations across 126 countries.  

The role as Logistics Coordinator is central to ensuring our products reach markets efficiently and compliantly and offer a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our international supply chain. You’ll be part of a team that holds deep expertise in exporting and shipping alcohol worldwide and plays a key role in executing the company’s annual plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders and logistics for a selected market
  • Handle order processing and invoicing from start to finish
  • Communicate with Market Companies to align supply and demand
  • Issue export documentation and ensure compliance with global regulations
  • Coordinate daily with transport carriers to secure timely deliveries
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team in Åhus for shipment planning and execution
  • Liaise with our warehouse in Manzanares, Spain, for Malibu and Kahlúa operations
  • Manage EMCS and supplier invoices
     

ABOUT YOU

You are a proactive, structured, detailed- and solution-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and enjoy working across functions to deliver results. You’re comfortable navigating complexity and committed to continuous improvement.

You also have:

  • A relevant academic background and professional experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with export/import regulations and documentation
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build effective working relationships
