Basic Qualifications

Proficient with standard logistics software: Work experience with MS office programs, ES(Oracle), EDW preferred

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Role responsible for the transactional integrity of the Inventory function which includes Inventory maintenance, receiving and shipping accuracy, timely transit reconciliations, monitoring daily transaction and rectifying resolution of transactional discrepancies
• Responsible for ensuring inventory, receiving and shipping by monitoring high volume inventory transaction by referring daily in transit report
• Carry out daily Cycle count audits and physical count of central w/H and FSL and Field by downloading audits and forwarding fields audits to CE and LA’s on daily basis
• Investigating / Resolving / Escalating Part Discrepancies; Preparing Inventory Adjustments to resolve Part Discrepancies in CE Bins / FSLs / Central Warehouse, after proper investigations and approvals
• Responsible for reconciliation of receiving, shipping, transit and warehouse discrepancies
• Follow-ups with Logistics Associates for Good / Bad Non Targeted Stock
• Creation and deletion of CE W/H codes and identifying process of improvement strategies to ensure inventory integrity
• Downloading Month-end report from SMC and reconciling the reports
• Prepares and ships orders based on appropriate specifications
• Enters data, tracks, gathers information and generates standard reports
• Sets up and maintains equipment; Ensures that equipments runs in accordance with operational standards
• Performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance
