Logistics Associate II

Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate II to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. As a Logistics Associate II, you’ll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You’ll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You’ll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Verify all packaging information against the packing list and SAP

• Coordinate with other departments such as customer service, production, instant and small pack

• Manage shipping box assembly, induction for packaging and label preparation/application

• Maintain the 5S cleanliness of the picking area and pulls completed shrink-wrapped orders to the dock for packers

• Follow all safety procedures and policies

• Follow all warehouse procedures and policies

• Other duties as assigned

Position Details:

• Location: KOP, PA Plant

• Shift Offered: 2nd shift Monday - Friday 11am - 7:30pm

• Compensation: $28.00 ph and some OT

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma, or GED

• 5 years of logistics experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

• No sponsorship or relocation offered

​Preferred Qualifications:

• Mentoring and training other associates

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs

The pay range for this position is $24.74 - $37.11. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
