About the Logistics Analyst

As a Logistics Analyst you will support import coordinator to handle import PO , work closely with the broker on the custom clearance and import application.

📍 Location: Mexico City

🚀 What You'll Do

  • Shipment Coordination & Prioritization
    Manage urgent shipments, prioritize transportation, and reduce lead times to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Import & Customs Management
    Handle pre-inspection certificates, duty exemptions, and collaborate with customs brokers to ensure a smooth and timely import process.

  • Documentation & Compliance
    Prepare and manage all required import/export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

  • Customer Communication & Order Tracking
    Provide proactive updates, track and trace shipments, resolve freight issues, and ensure customers are informed throughout the order lifecycle.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Product Knowledge
    Maintain strong communication with freight forwarders and internal teams, build rapport with stakeholders, and develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services.

🧩 What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in international freight operations, including air, ocean, over-the-road, and parcel modes, with a strong focus on air freight.

  • University degree preferred in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Experience managing time-sensitive and urgent shipments, including tight deadlines, last-minute changes, and occasional after-hours or weekend support.

  • Experience coordinating international stakeholders (e.g., China, Europe)

  • Solid knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms 2010, and import/export compliance and documentation for hazardous materials, working closely with freight forwarders and customs brokers.

  • Experience handling dangerous goods shipping regulations, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, ability to escalate issues tactfully.

  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
