About the Role
Heidelberg Materials Australia is looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to support the smooth, compliant, and cost-effective running of logistics operations. This role ensures accurate documentation, efficient coordination of transport activities, and strong communication across internal teams and external partners.
Based out of Girraween Transport Depot. This is a full-time role, working Monday – Friday, with potential for overtime, including some Saturdays in peak work periods.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate logistics documentation (cartage adjustments, purchase orders, invoices, carrier agreements) and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Provide day-to-day administrative support for transport operations, including PO processing and shipment coordination
Act as a key contact for internal teams and external partners, resolving issues related to delays, documentation, and logistics queries
Monitor carrier performance, support issue resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Manage supplier data and support procurement and financial processes related to logistics
Identify process improvements and assist in developing SOPs and more efficient ways of working
About You
2–5 years’ experience in logistics, transport coordination, or administration (construction/manufacturing preferred)
Strong ERP experience (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills & accuracy
Excellent communication, organisation, and ability to manage multiple priorities

What We Offer:
Hourly rate of $29.70p/hour, plus penalties rates, plus super
Monday – Friday, with potential for overtime, including some Saturdays, pending the workload
Based on site at Girraween, with occasional travel to sites required - vehicle will be provided for site travel
