ACCIONA, in its Construction Business, is looking to hire a Logistics Admin for its Malolos to Clark Railway Project in Clark, Pampanga.

• Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, deliveries, and shipments
• Track Shipment and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare, review, and maintain logistics documentation
• Liaise with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal stakeholders
• Support inventory tracking and reporting
• Identify and resolve logistics issues or delays proactively
• Maintain accurate records and provide status updates
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations
• Support cost control initiatives and vendor comparisons
• Other related tasks that may be assigned.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in construction logistics, operations, or supply chain support (adjust as needed).
• Familiarity with logistics processes and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail, respect, and trustworthiness.
