Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Coordinator- Imaging Operations to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of imaging and scanning equipment while supervising a dedicated support team to ensure all document processing meets strict quality and quantity specifications. You will lead a frontline team focused on precision and efficiency, ensuring our digital solutions delivery remains seamless and reliable.
In this role, you will:
Lead and oversee daily imaging operations by setting team priorities and coordinating work activities to ensure all document processing tasks are completed according to client specifications.
Collaborate with other supervisors and internal stakeholders to align departmental workflows and resolve operational issues through the analysis of relevant data and situational factors.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies by exercising judgment within defined procedures to maintain high levels of accuracy and equipment uptime.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in a team lead role, specifically within an operations or production environment.
Strong knowledge of imaging and scanning technology, including the maintenance and operation of professional-grade Personal Computer (PC) equipment.
Proven ability in team coordination and problem-solving, with a focus on setting priorities and exercising sound judgment to achieve team goals.
Strong analytical skills to review operational data and determine appropriate actions for continuous improvement.
