Job Summary
The Logistic Trainee will support the logistics department in the daily operations, learning various aspects of supply chain management, inventory control, and transportation processes within a manufacturing environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain practical experience and develop a career in logistics.

Job Responsibilities
* Assist with the planning and coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of materials.
* Support inventory management activities, including stock checks, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, purchasing) and external partners (e.g., suppliers, carriers) to optimize logistics flows.
* Learn and apply relevant logistics software and systems for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
* Participate in the preparation of logistics documentation, such as shipping labels, customs forms, and invoices.
* Help identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of efficiency initiatives.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies within the logistics operations.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall logistics function.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Basic understanding of supply chain principles is a plus.
* Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
