The role is responsible for all programs strategy and execution (NP, Manufacturing transfer, supplier transfer, repair and region projects of manufacturing to enhance sales) and driving supply Chain strategy for business enabling productivity, margin expansion.
Collaborate with global SBU team to Lead and develop Supply Chain strategy and pipeline delivering best value to customers at lowest total cost, leveraging supplier capabilities and GE's global manufacturing footprint.
Drive rigor in process capability assessment, process layout, tooling and equipment development and QMS Design Transfer execution. Ensuring regulatory compliance through the full cycle of transfer including qualification & validation. Responsible for ensuring rigor in determining processes requiring validation, development of plans and analysis criteria, execution and final analysis and acceptance.
Lead Equipment development / technical enhancements to increase overall process equipment function capabilities & efficiency.
Lead strategic projects to deepen part / supplier localization which will enable DMC, MOH reduction & increase margin.
Proficiently manage the complexities associated with large, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, and communicate effectively with executive-level staff.
Serve as the “face” of assigned programs and projects, interacting with executive leadership to communicate results, status, risks/issues and mitigation strategies

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 15+ years of experience in large scale Project or Program Management. in either Supply chain or Manufacturing engineering or Operational experience.
Experience leading large cross-functional teams to achieve business goals with proven success in project management.
Proven expertise in developing and executing Localization initiatives, including manufacturing or supply chain localization projects
Experience working effectively with global stakeholders across regions and functions
Background in the Healthcare or MedTech industry, with strong domain knowledge and understanding of regulated environments
Solid knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Quality Policies, Quality Objectives, and applicable laws and regulations relevant to the role. Thorough understanding of document control, design transfer, verification and validation, acceptance activities, DMR, DHR, and electronic signature requirements, ensuring that products, equipment, tools, processes, software, training, and documentation meet regulatory and quality standards.
Strong mix of technical and business acumen, with experience in product engineering and/or supply chain.
Exceptional skills as a change agent, influencer, and process excellence leader.
Experience in a complex program management environment, including large and small projects simultaneously.
Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise.
Active certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent proven capability
