Antwerp, BE; Amsterdam, NL; Remote Full Time

We are Loop

Loop Earplugs is reinventing how people experience the world by enabling them to live life at their own volume. 2024 was a pivotal year at Loop – we hit 14,000,000 earplugs sold, were named ‘The Best Earplugs for Concerts’ by The New York Times, and expanded our product offering to a complete range of solutions for day and night. Oh – and not to mention making history as the first company to win Deloitte’s Fast 50 Belgium twice.

But this is just the beginning. As we continue to develop disruptive products, we’re constantly on the lookout for the next big idea - and building a team who can make it happen.

Being a Looper means making a difference. Whatever your role, this is your stage to make a real impact and bring your ideas to life. Better yet, you’ll join a fast-growing, global team of 250+ people who are passionate, down-to-earth and eager to tackle challenges together.

Localization Manager

Location: Remote
Experience: 6+ years localization experience in an agency or brand environment | Full-time | Freelance

Own localization and help drive international growth.

We are looking for someone who can take our localization efforts to the next level. In this role, you will own end-to-end localisation across all channels including Paid Social, CRM, CRO and Shopify. You ensure everything is optimized for scale, quality, and speed. You have experience with AI and leverage it to drive efficiencies. You partner closely with the Studio, Expansion and AI-teams, as well as  external vendors to deliver locally relevant assets and campaigns that fuel international growth. This role combines execution with system building: you deliver hundreds of assets per month while strengthening the infrastructure behind them.

The role

You scale performance across markets through structure, prioritization, and smart automation. You manage localisation projects from initial briefing through to export and delivery. You collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on priorities, manage partners and tools, monitor KPIs, and report on progress, risks, and impact. You continuously improve workflows in agile environments, building a localisation engine that is faster, smarter, and ready for new markets.

What you’ll do
  • Manage end-to-end localisation projects from briefing to delivery
  • Design and improve scalable workflows across  all channels
  • Own AI plug in and tools, optimizing for quality and speed
  • Manage external linguists and agencies, ensuring strong delivery and cost control
  • Monitor KPIs, track risks, and report progress to stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
  • Maintain clear documentation of localisation processes and governance
  • Support rollout of new languages and markets
You won’t
  • Treat localisation as a task instead of a strategic growth lever
  • Let unclear briefs or weak source content move into production
  • Ignore quality signals or delay difficult stakeholder conversations
  • Accept inefficient workflows in high-volume environments

How you’ll succeed

You think in systems and act with ownership. You are comfortable switching between detail and strategy, whether exporting assets for delivery or aligning on roadmap priorities. You stay sharp under volume and prioritize based on impact. You hold vendors and internal teams accountable to high standards. You are solution-driven, proactive, and comfortable working across cultures and functions. Data does not intimidate you. You use it to improve processes, measure quality, and strengthen performance over time.

What you’ll bring
  • 6+ years of localization experience in a scalable online or product environment
  • Proven experience managing vendors and third-party contractors
  • Strong knowledge of localization tools and workflows
  • Experience improving workflows in agile environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to monitor KPIs and translate data into action
  • You want your work to directly impact international growth

Loop isn’t for everyone. We might not be a match if you:

  • Prefer reactive execution over building scalable systems
  • Avoid accountability for quality, deadlines, or results
  • Struggle to prioritize when multiple teams compete for attention
  • Feel uncomfortable improving processes that already “work fine”

Still listening?

Good. Owning the localization engine means shaping how international customers experience the brand across every touchpoint. If you want your work to be visible in speed, quality, and scale, this is your move. Apply and let’s talk.
