Local System Expert

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We are seeking an experienced and techno functional Local System Expert to lead all data activities like extraction , cleaning and modeling for the Align project , which will focus on SAP S/4HANA core implementation. according to the group standard models, with key and critical consideration related to the integration of satellite ERP systems across manufacturing and retail operations.
As a Local System Expert, you will act as the key liaison between the business and the IT project team, concerning data in different sources and legacy systems ensuring that business requirements are clearly mapped to the master data sheets , considering local specifications and the group standard approach.

Your main responsibilities:

• conduct workshops and interviews to map current processes 

• Key player in  implementation project

• Responsible for safely and accurately transferring data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.

• Support in delivering training programs

• Oversee rigorous testing, including 

• (UAT), to ensure the system performs as expected.

• Work to optimize the system over time, ensuring it continues to meet the organization's long-term needs and goals.

Are you a MATCH?

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor's in information technology  or Business Administration

• Master’s degrees a plus 

Experience:

• Minimum 5–7 years of functional experience working with different type of data using direct SQL and ETL tools

• Hands-on involvement in at least one large-scale ERP implementation , ideally as a data expert .

• Familiarity with the integration of satellite systems(Wise, Concur, workday, Salesforce , etc.) into ERP environments.

Skills:

• Deep knowledge of ERPs especially SAP .

• Background in data analysis, modeling, integration, and migration.and databases 

• Understanding of the underlying technology, and in some cases, coding expertise for advanced customization. 

• Strong understanding of various business processes across different functional areas 

• Ability to map business processes and identify improvement or optimization. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, create documentation, and conduct training.

• Strong Problem-solving skills
