In this role, you will:
Support loan closing functional area with moderately complex issues and operational tasks
Identify ways to improve processes and offer ideas for own work and work group
Perform moderately complex transactional, operational and customer support tasks within functional area
Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions and issues to more experienced individual
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers and external clients
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
This LO position has customer contact and job duties which may include needs assessing and referring those customers interested in a dwelling secured product to a SAFE team member. This position includes assisting customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction. Individuals in a LO position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
1+ years of Closing experience, sending closing disclosures and closing documents
Previous loan document review experience
Ability to manage a personal pipeline with minimum fundings of 50 loans per month
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
Ability to gather, organize, and interpret data
Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
Strong Multitasking experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Outlook, Word, and/or Adobe
Job Expectations:
Shift will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time
