Created in Lyon in 2016 by French entrepreneurs, Agicap is one of the fastest growing scale-ups in Europe, with over 8000 customers, 550 employees and fast revenue growth (7x between 2021 and 2024). GP Bullhound has ranked us as the next most likely unicorn in Europe.
Agicap is part of the FT120, rewarding the most promising startups in France. We have raised ā¬145M since our creation, with prestigious VC funds including AVP, Greenoaks, Partech and BlackFin, with a last round in November 2024. These additional resources further fuel our product innovation, allowing us to grow significantly the team by welcoming new talents and accelerating our international expansion across Europe.
With our newest addition in Lisbon, opened in April 2023, we aim to build an international hub that represents all our markets. This hub will foster collaboration and innovation among Agicapians, focusing on our key business departments: Sales and Customer Success. We started with 5 employees and aim to grow to nearly 100 Agicapians by 2025. This hub is crucial for leading Agicap's growth journey, and we encourage all Agicapians to share their ideas on how we can make it a success.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Hub Office Manager to lead our Lisbon operations. This is not a traditional office manager role ā you will be the heartbeat of the Lisbon Hub, championing a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence across teams. Your mission will be to align our Lisbon operations with Agicapās global standards and ambitions, as well as to serve as the bridge between our local teams and headquarters in France.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Office Management
Onboarding & Offboarding:Ā Oversee the employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, positive experience for all new joiners and departures.
Workplace Quality:Ā Maintain a well-organized, welcoming, and high-quality environment. Guarantee that employees have the resources and facilities needed to perform at their best.
Vendor & Space Management:Ā Act as the main point of contact for coworking space partners and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.
Employee Services:Ā Respond to employee needs; support travel arrangements, logistics, and daily administrative tasks.
Employee Experience:Ā Organize events and initiatives to foster team cohesion, engagement, and satisfaction. Manage perks and amenities to enhance daily employee life.
Real Estate Oversight:Ā Monitor office occupancy and proactively adapt space allocation to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Budget Management:Ā Manage office operations within allocated budgets, forecasting needs and tracking expenses with diligence.
2. Operational Excellence
Set the Standard:Ā Model professional excellence, energy, and office presence. Establish and maintain high expectations regarding productivity, professional behavior, and office etiquette.
