We are looking for a Linux Validation Engineer to join our team in Gdansk, Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct validation and issue debugging of Linux Kernel via automation of testing scripts and running test pipelines
- Write validation procedures, analyse the results to ensure correct functionality and determine root causes of failures
- Follow test design best practices and regular reviews of content as part of daily activities to achieve the highest quality of validation and Intel products
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Linux Kernel - easy navigation on Kernel lvl, building custom Kernels, open source community handling
- Basic DevOps - able to setup, maintain and debug Client and Server machines by remote access
- Bash scripting
- GIT
- Open to learn C test code creation
- Good knowledge of English (spoken, written)
Nice to have:
- Jenkins
- Test design with documentation
- C test code writing
- Python test code writing
- ISTQB Foundation Level or other proven Validation background

The group is responsible for developing the holistic strategy for client and data center software in collaboration with OSVs, ISVs, developers, partners and OEMs. The group delivers specialized NPU IP to enable the AI PC and GPU IP to support all of Intel's market segments. The group also has HW and SW engineering experts responsible for delivering IP, SOCs, runtimes, and platforms to support the CPU and GPU/accelerator roadmap, inclusive of integrated and discrete graphics.
