Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answers all incoming calls and greets customers.
Maintains proper documents and supplies for department associates.
Inputs basic data/customer information in the core or appropriate system and verifies for accuracy to comply with departmental procedures and regulations.
Scans and indexes documents into appropriate operating system.
Provides support and training to both internal and external customers.
Responsible for records administration.
May be responsible for assisting with review and analysis of account activity and reporting any suspicious activity to a manager for further investigation.
May serve as a mentor/coach for other associates in the department for training and assistance with policies and procedures.
Works with associates and customers to answer questions to resolve regulatory disputes concerning transactions and provide documentation if needed.
Requires advanced knowledge of the company products and services to assist others.
Provides department reports to management as needed.
Assists manager with special projects as needed.
Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and/or journals or government regulations
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to customers, clients and other employees in the organization
Education and/or Experience
HS Diploma/GED or
4-6 years’ applicable work experience required with knowledge of regulatory guidelines and requirements
Knowledge of operating systems required for the department
Computer Skills
MS Office programs
