The opportunity
ING Wholesale Banking TECH is looking for an experienced IT Integrator to join our Lending, CMA and SSG department to step into IT Integrator role. The department is servicing three ING WB business departments:
- Lending, being on a mission to become fully digitized and data led, enhancing the experience of our clients and our employees. Lending is the core of ING’s lifeline. Hence also the driver in ING’s transformation journey.
- Capital Market Advisory (CMA) is enhancing our ability to compete more effectively in clients' boardrooms for high-value fee and advisory services. We are also aligning our internal capabilities to accelerate capital velocity. CMA encompasses Corporate Finance, Global Capital Markets, Corporate Investments, Acquisition Finance, and the Loan Distribution Group.
- Sustainable Solutions Group, enhancing sustainability efforts and delivering superior solutions to clients. This initiative consolidates various sustainability functions to drive systemic change and reinforce ING’s position as a sustainability leader

The team
Together with other IT Integrators you form a Chapter with the purpose to improve continuously and extend our expertise and to coordinate delivery of complex solutions going beyond the scope of a Product and Tribe.
IT Integrators work in close collaboration with internationally diversified Squads over the complete Lending, CMA, SSG portfolio.
The role is a critical position focused on ensuring operational excellence across Lending and related domains through strong governance, risk management, and infrastructure oversight. This role combines technical expertise in areas such as change management, disaster recovery, capacity planning, vulnerability remediation with a proactive approach to compliance and risk mitigation. It requires acting as a key liaison for global infrastructure, maintaining configuration and data integrity, and driving continuous improvement in lifecycle and contingency planning. Success hinges on collaboration, adaptability, and technical acumen to deliver secure, resilient, and efficient IT services aligned with business needs.
Roles and responsibilities
As an IT Integrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and driving operational excellence across Lending and related domains. Your responsibilities will include:
- Change Management / Lending CAB: Lead and coordinate change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance within the Lending CAB framework.
- DR Exercise Coordination & DR Guild Contribution: Organize and facilitate Disaster Recovery exercises, actively contribute to the DR Guild, and ensure readiness for business continuity.
- Infra Capacity Management, Forecasting & Rightsizing: Oversee infrastructure capacity planning, forecasting, and rightsizing to optimize resource utilization and support business growth.
- SPOC towards Global Infra: Act as the single point of contact for global infrastructure matters, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Leading Nexus Hygiene: Champion Nexus Hygiene initiatives to maintain system integrity and operational standards.
- Vulnerability Management (K3 & K4): Manage vulnerability assessments and remediation for K3 and K4 environments, ensuring robust security postures.
- Managing LCM Issues: Address Lifecycle Management issues, driving timely resolution and process improvements.
- Configuration Management & Data Quality in CMDB: Oversee configuration management and proactively manage data quality issues within the CMDB.
- SPOC for Weekly IT Risk (1LDOD): Serve as the primary contact for weekly IT risk reviews (1LDOD), ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated.
- Sourcing / Service Management (Intra Group): Support intra-group sourcing and service management activities, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- TIA, RCSA (Supporting Role): Assist with TIA and RCSA processes, contributing to risk and control self-assessments.
- Maintain Exit, Contingency & BCP Plans: Develop and maintain exit, contingency, and business continuity plans for services provided by Lending, including supporting third-party contract management.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with squads, architects, management, and external partners to deliver solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements.

- Bachelor's or master's degree.
