As COO within the Wealth Management and Business Lending team, you will work closely with Lenders and be involved in a wide range of business management activities. This includes leading and delivering key projects across the business with direct ownership and senior management exposure, monitoring business performance, supporting governance, process, and control-related initiatives. The role provides exposure across a broad spectrum of lending products, with opportunities to take ownership of initiatives as we continue to drive the business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Member of the COO team for Wealth Management and Business Lending, supporting the Lending Luxembourg platform across strategy, business planning and development, governance and business processes and controls.

  • Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to optimize revenue, cost efficiency, and capital usage

  • Support the execution and oversight of Lending product strategy, including new product approvals.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, conduct, and control standards across the business, including oversight of the implementation of policies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with Coverage teams, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Agile to resolve issues, strengthen endtoend processes, and coordinate responses to audits and regulatory reviews.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and data quality across the business.

Skills

  • Previous professional experience in business management, strategy or comparable functions in the financial industry. Knowledge of Lending products is considered an asset.

  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into sustainable and manageable processes.

  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to plan and prioritize tasks and work simultaneously on different subjects

  • A proactive, solution- and results oriented mindset, with the ability to challenge status quo and deliver solutions that balances business objectives with regulatory requirements.

  • Able to establish and maintain constructive working relationships and manage stakeholders in different areas (Coverage, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance etc.).

  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, structured and comprehensive manner.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field

The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
