The Role
This is a high-leverage revenue role, not a “cold call forever” role.
As our BDR/SDR, you’ll own the front door of revenue:
- inbound leads
- form submissions
- intent signals
- outreach replies
- event/webinar follow-ups
- re-engagement campaigns
- manual list building where needed
Your job is simple:
turn attention into meetings — fast, clean, and intelligently.
This can be one hybrid role at first, or eventually split into:
- BDR (inbound + routing + qualifying)
- SDR (outbound + nurture + reactivation + list building)
Your Mission
1) BDR - Own inbound routing and qualification
- handle form fills, replies, and inbound channels
- qualify quickly
- route to the right AE/person
- book meetings with high speed and great follow-through
2) SDR - Run follow-up systems that actually close
- event lead follow-up
- webinar follow-up
- content-driven outreach
- pipeline hygiene for stale leads
- reactivation campaigns
3) SDR - Build lists and campaigns where needed
- targeted account lists
- nurturing sequences
- role/vertical-specific campaigns
- “trigger-based” outreach (new content, new product, new event, new case study)
4) Be tight with systems + data
- CRM hygiene
- tracking outcomes
- feedback loops to marketing and sales
- identify bottlenecks and fix them
What we’re looking for

- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with Clay/Heyreach/HubSpot/Outreach tooling
- Comfort building lists and running sequences
- Event + webinar follow-up experience
