The Content Administrator plays a key role in supporting the organisation’s content ecosystem by ensuring content is published accurately, efficiently, and in line with established standards. This role focuses on the day-to-day management of content workflows, maintaining content quality, and supporting the wider content team in delivering high-quality digital experiences.
Manage the day-to-day publishing of content across digital platforms, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Follow established workflows for content creation, review, approval, and publication.
Coordinate with content creators, editors, and stakeholders to ensure content meets quality and compliance standards.
Administer the Content Management System (CMS – Contentstack), including uploading, updating, and archiving content.
Maintain content structure, metadata, and tagging to support searchability and reuse.
Support the integration of content with other platforms (e.g., DAM, CCMS, CDP) as needed.
Perform quality checks on content before and after publication to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand, accessibility (WCAG), and regulatory standards.
Flag and resolve content issues, collaborating with relevant teams as required.
Upload, tag, and organise visual and multimedia assets in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
Ensure assets are correctly linked to content and meet usage guidelines.
Track and report on content publishing activities and workflow status.
Support the monitoring of content performance metrics and suggest improvements to processes.
Provide support and training to content contributors on CMS processes and best practices.
Act as a point of contact for content-related queries and troubleshooting.
Experience working with content management systems (CMS), preferably Contentstack or similar.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Familiarity with digital asset management and metadata tagging is a plus.
Understanding of web accessibility, SEO, and content governance best practices is desirable.
The Content Administrator ensures the smooth and consistent delivery of digital content, supporting the organisation’s ability to deliver high-quality, compliant, and engaging experiences to users across all digital channels.
