We are looking for a Legal Specialist to join our Legal, Risk & Compliance Department.
The Legal Specialist supports the Head of Department by providing legal advice and support on demand, conducting research, assisting in preparing documents and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role contributes to mitigating legal risks, supporting business operations, and ensuring adherence to local and group-level legal standards.
What you'll do:
Provide legal support and advice on day-to-day business operations, including commercial, corporate, regulatory, and contractual matters.
Assist in drafting, reviewing and editing legal documents, contracts, including supplier agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company’s activities.
Support in the preparation and/or review of legal opinions, reports, and correspondence.
Collaborate and install proper communication with internal departments to gather information.
Organize and maintain legal files, records, and documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
Review/adapt Policies/Procedures cascaded Corporate wise;
Contribute into compiling Policies/Procedures upon department or other company structures needs.
Ensure alignment with Group legal standards and reporting requirements;
Support external legal firm in the process of handling of disputes, claims, and litigation (preparation, collection of proofs/evidences upon request for the file);
Support interactions with regulatory authorities and external legal advisors when required;
Support in completeness of each and any audit activity (internal or external) implying Department activity and follow up of the issues/findings up to full remediation.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Law; Civil Law Master Degree or Legal Practice Certificate is a plus.
Good understanding of corporate, administrative, and contract law.
Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
High ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package and legal research tools.
Problem solving oriented;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Albanian and English language (Italian language is an advantage).
Eagerness to learn and grow within the legal field.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong sense of ethics and professionalism.
Prior experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or regulatory body is an advantage.
