Act as an in-house lawyer within the Office of General Counsel (OGC), providing legal advice and legal compliance support to the Risk & Quality function.
Supervise, prepare, draft and review legal contracts and corporate documents in both Thai and English.
Liaise with PwC’s OGC in other territories to ensure the firm’s compliance with global policies and alignment with network standards.
Lead, manage and become the firm expert to ensure the firm’s business compliance with the rules and regulations and the policies and standards we’ve established, such as PDPA/GDPR, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust and Fair Competition, Anti-Money Laundering, Insider Trading, Sanctions and Technology Risk Frameworks.
Manage and oversee any external counsel on litigation cases.
Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operation.
Support any supervisors in monitoring for changes in laws and regulations applicable to the firm’s business operations, keeping the management updated on any relevant matters.
Manage, supervise and mentor the OGC team on the firm’s legal, compliance and corporate matters and report to the OGC Director and CRO to ensure operational efficiency, uphold compliance standards and maintain alignment with global organisational standards.
Ensure collaboration with various PwC territories.
Perform other duties as part of the legal team as necessary and assigned by the OGC Director and CRO.
What you’ll bring
LL.B. and/or LL.M. in Business Law from a Thai or foreign institution.
Licensed to practice law in Thailand and admitted to the Thai Bar.
Minimum of 5–10 years’ relevant experience in an in-house legal function and/or a law firm.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English, especially in drafting advice and contracts.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively across multiple assignments.
Demonstrated commitment to compliance with the firm’s global policies and network standards.
