Overall management of the company's judicial, arbitration, and legal affairs, ensuring business compliance and controllable risks.
Communicate and coordinate with judicial authorities, arbitration institutions, and cooperating law firms across various regions; establish and maintain a legal resources network.
Lead or participate in the handling of arbitration cases, including contract disputes, business disputes, and other legal matters related to the exchange.
Provide legal advice to business teams, supporting exchange operations, risk control, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
Monitor and track global judicial and arbitration trends, providing the company with early warnings and response strategies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in law or related fields.
3–5 years of legal work experience in an exchange or internet finance industry.
Experience with arbitration, familiar with arbitration procedures and award enforcement.
Experience in interfacing with judicial authorities; candidates with law firm resources or established cooperation channels preferred.
Familiar with laws and regulations in the blockchain and digital asset industry, and understand the business logic of cryptocurrency exchanges.
Strong communication skills, cross-departmental collaboration ability, and capability to resolve complex issues.
