What You’ll Do:
1. Draft, review and administer contracts and legal correspondence related to our global business.
2. Assess legal risks and provide legal advice and day-to-day support in connection with Tencent’s global business.
3. Assist senior counsels and research compliance matter such as in the areas of data protection and privacy.
4. Support the handling of international disputes and relevant litigation/arbitration matters.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A Bachelor of Laws or a higher degree in law, with professional working proficiency in English and a great passion for the internet industry and products.
2. A proactive and collaborative individual with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to execute tasks efficiently.
3. Preference will be given to candidates with overseas study experience, or internship experience at foreign-funded law firms or enterprises.
4. Able to work independently but work well in a team environment.
5. Sound interpersonal and communication skills.

US-California-Palo AltoThe expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $20.77 to $38.08 per hour. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
