The position

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership, and attend personalized trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.

We are looking for an intern who is not afraid to speak up and share their opinion. You will be communicating with several stakeholders, aiding with day-to-day operational activities as well as helping with short-term and long-term projects.

Main responsibilities

In support of the Legal Team of Kraft Heinz Benelux, we are looking for an intern who, reporting directly to the Head of Legal Benelux with a dotted line to the Global Corporate Counsel, works in support of the following activities:

  • Assistance in the drafting and revision of national and international contracts, including sales, distribution, marketing, procurement;
  • Support in review of marketing campaigns and materials;
  • Support in corporate legal activities, for example drafting power of attorneys, board -and shareholders resolutions;
  • Legal research on broad variety of topics under both Dutch and Belgian law;
  • (Assistance in) creation of legal templates and training materials for the business;
  • (Assistance in) preparation of memos, advice and legal opinions on variety of legal topics;
  • Support in administrative matters such as archiving of paper and pdf documents and database maintenance;
  • Monitoring of legislative and jurisprudential news with relative updating for the legal department.

Required Skills

  • Graduating in Law, preferably with some in-house experience or experience in a law firm;
  • Ideally native Dutch speaker or at least, advanced Dutch language (B2-C1). Advanced English language leve l(B2-C1). Knowledge of the French language preferable, not required;
  • Excellent digital skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, e-Signature tools);
  • Eager to learn, takes ownerships of tasks, well organized, assertive, pro-active self starter and able to manage and prioritize workload.
