Legal & Compliance Business Analyst - 12 month secondment/ contract

UK – London – New Oxford Street Full time

The Legal & Compliance Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for solutions such as ServiceNow, large language models (LLMs) and Power Platform. Serving as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, this role will transform stakeholder needs into practical solutions, manage stakeholder expectations, and proactively mitigate risks. The ultimate objective is to deliver impactful solutions that enhance value across Legal and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance stakeholders to define, prioritize, and document business requirements for digital solutions, including but not limited to ServiceNow, large language models (LLMs), and Power Platform tools.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and translate them into practical, solution-oriented requirements.
  • Maintain stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Support user acceptance testing, validation, and troubleshooting efforts to ensure successful deployment.
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements and maintenance of implemented solutions in response to user feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Identify potential risks related to project timelines or deliverables and establish proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Basic Qualifications and skills:

  • Extensive stakeholder management experience
  • Experience of project coordination or project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and manage effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Skilled in evaluating business processes and converting them into well-defined technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project management methodologies to support iterative development and delivery.
  • Strong collaboration capabilities, with experience working across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful solution implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a forward-thinking approach to digital solutions.
  • Experience using ServiceNow to support operational workflows and business processes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with task tracking and agile collaboration using Jira or similar project management tools.
