The successful candidate will play a key role in SP’s leadership and talent development initiatives, with a focus on developing high potential students and fostering a global mindset. The role involves curriculum development, programme delivery, and the planning and execution of institutional and regional events aligned with school and institutional strategies. Experience in student development, events planning, and project management will be advantageous.

[What you will be working on]

• Deliver lessons, develop teaching and assessment materials, and facilitate learning for Pre‑Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education & Training (CET) students (youths and adult learners)
• Develop, review, and maintain teaching curriculum to ensure relevance to industry and societal needs
• Conceptualise, plan, and deliver institutional and regional events, leadership programmes, and student initiatives
• Contribute as a member of the SP Outstanding Talent (SPOT) team in the design and delivery of leadership and talent development programmes
• Support high‑potential student development through leadership training, mentoring, coaching, and programme facilitation
• Support SP’s student internationalisation and global exposure initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support school and institutional partnerships with industry and the community

[What we are looking for]

• Strong passion for education, student development, and mentoring youths and adult learners
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in student leadership development, talent programmes, or enrichment initiatives
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and managing institutional events, student programmes, or conferences
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of ACI issues would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and social media for teaching and student engagement is desirable

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
