Base salary will be in the range $114,824 - $161,518 + 17% Superannuation (Academic Level B/C)

Senior Lecturer, Medical Education (Assessment of Professionalism & Leadership)
In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development and enhancement of assessment for Professionalism and Leadership across all four years of the MD program. You will guide students and academic colleagues in understanding assessment requirements, coordinate high-quality assessment item development, support assessor capability, and ensure fairness, consistency and best-practice standards. Working collaboratively within the medical program’s assessment ecosystem, you will provide vital data and insights that contribute to student progression and continuous quality improvement.
Lecturer / Senior Lecturer, Medical Education (Assessment of Knowledge)
As a key member of the assessment leadership team, you will oversee the assessment of knowledge throughout the MD curriculum. You will design and refine assessment tasks, partner with staff and students to build assessment literacy, coordinate item writing, support assessor training, and ensure that assessment processes remain equitable, valid and reliable. Your collaborative approach will help drive excellence in knowledge assessment and inform high-quality progression decision-making.
