Role Details

Regent’s School of Business is inviting applications for a Lecturer with expertise in luxury hospitality finance, financial control, accounting, revenue and operations management to join our teaching team across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Luxury Hospitality Management.

The successful candidate will be involved in the hands‑on delivery of our hallmark, experiential pedagogy, bringing theory to life through applied, industryrelevant learning. Teaching will span both UG and PG levels, with delivery calibrated appropriately from foundational concepts to executive‑level strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging teaching in hospitality finance, financial control, accounting, and revenue management
  • Apply and teach the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI) as the unified framework for hotel financial reporting
  • Teach fundamentals at undergraduate level, including financial literacy, performance measurement, and basic rooms division management
  • Deliver advanced and strategic content at postgraduate level, including senior‑level financial decision‑making, revenue optimisation, and commercial leadership
  • Translate theory into practical insight, enabling future operators to drive real organisational impact
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary and non‑core modules, working collaboratively across subject areas

This role is ideal for an educatorpractitioner who enjoys bridging academic rigour with real‑world application and shaping the next generation of luxury hospitality leaders.
