Lendlease is currently searching for experienced Leasing Director. The role will lead the leasing strategy and execution for the two new office developments managed by Lendlease in Singapore. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, optimizing rental income, and positioning the asset as a market leader. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Singapore office market, strong relationships with corporate occupiers and brokers, and proven experience in delivering leasing outcomes for Grade A developments.
