This role focuses primarily on providing end-to-end logistics and administrative support for the monthly onboarding programme and the rollout of the customer service programme. The role ensures both programmes are well-coordinated, professionally run, and consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Focus: Programme Logistics
- Coordinate logistics for all in-house learning program (including monthly onboarding). Tasks include scheduling, venue booking, room setup, and materials preparation
- Manage invitations, attendance confirmations, and participant tracking.
- Arrange lunch and refreshments and ensure rooms are set up and ready before each session.
- Provide logistics and administrative support for the launch and ongoing activities of the customer service programme.
Vendor Liaison and Invoice Processing
- Liaise with external vendors such as trainers, caterers.
- Coordinate vendor requirements and confirm logistics ahead of sessions.
- Process invoices related to training, onboarding, and programme activities.
- Track basic programme-related costs and ensure timely submission of invoices.
Training & Programme Administration
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops.
- Maintain training calendars and programme schedules.
- Handle participant registration and attendance tracking.
Logistics and On-the-Day Support
- Set up training and programme rooms with required equipment and materials.
- Ensure technical and logistical requirements are met before sessions.
- Take photographs during training and programme sessions for documentation and internal communications.
Record-Keeping and Reporting
- Maintain accurate programme participation and training records.
- Track attendance, feedback, and basic programme metrics.
- Support preparation of simple participation and logistics reports.
Communication and Stakeholder Support
- Send programme-related communications including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with facilitators, participants, internal stakeholders, and vendors on logistics matters.
- Collect and consolidate participant feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in training administration, programme coordination, or event logistics.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple sessions and timelines independently.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
