WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Translate enterprise capability standards into clear, role-aligned requirements in collaboration with capability owners and business partners.
Conduct capability impact assessments and role-mapping analyses to define proficiency expectations and identify gaps across job families.

Estimate the level of effort required from business units and learning partners to support capability adoption and pathway implementation.
Partner with Capability Leads, Learning Champions, and project teams to integrate capability activities and milestones into business plans and timelines.
Provide guidance and coordination to ensure consistent interpretation and application of capability standards across stakeholders.
Facilitate working sessions, role-mapping workshops, and learning pathway design discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
Coordinate the development of learning pathway components in partnership with the Enterprise Learning team.
Support the development of capability success measures and reporting to track proficiency, adoption, and integration into people processes.
Prepare reports and insights that clearly communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development.
5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field, including:

Building or coordinating learning pathways, programs, and talent development initiatives.
Consulting with business partners or stakeholders on workforce capability, learning needs, or people-related initiatives.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and how learning pathways support proficiency development.
Demonstrated ability to analyze role requirements, proficiency expectations, and capability gaps.
Excellent facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, role-mapping sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to build strong relationships across business units.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
