Now we’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food and beverages. This position is a fixed-term role until end of June 2027 in the project where Saue factory is set to become the centre of Paulig’s spice production. This role gives you a unique opportunity to contribute directly to building and shaping our expanding operations. You will be based in Saue, Estonia and report to the Head of HR, Finland & Baltics and be part of a great team of people based in Estonia and Finland.

Your role in the blend

As Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll be supporting the growth of our operations in Saue. The ideal candidate will have a strong process-oriented mindset and proactive enthusiasm for enhancing routines. We seek someone who enjoys following processes and at the same time capable of understanding overall objectives of the business and People and Culture function.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and enhance the onboarding process for production employees to ensure efficiency, consistency, and readiness for future operational needs.
  • Review, update, and coordinate production worker training programs—ensuring alignment with safety, compliance, and operational standards, including supporting and training internal trainers.
  • Maintain and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production roles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and user‑friendliness for employees working in a factory environment.
  • Manage and develop the Learning Platform by improving in our human resources masterdata system (Workday), streamlining learning processes, as well as ensuring relevant and accessible training content both for production and office employees.
  • Collect and analyze training feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure programs meet the needs of employees, production operations, and broader business objectives.

Your key ingredients

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experiencee.g. in HR operations or learning coordination role 
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Andragogy, or a related area
  • Collaborative working style with ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of training coordination best practices
  • Previous experience of working with learning management system (LMS)
  • Attention to details
