Now we’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food and beverages. This position is a fixed-term role until end of June 2027 in the project where Saue factory is set to become the centre of Paulig’s spice production. This role gives you a unique opportunity to contribute directly to building and shaping our expanding operations. You will be based in Saue, Estonia and report to the Head of HR, Finland & Baltics and be part of a great team of people based in Estonia and Finland.
As Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll be supporting the growth of our operations in Saue. The ideal candidate will have a strong process-oriented mindset and proactive enthusiasm for enhancing routines. We seek someone who enjoys following processes and at the same time capable of understanding overall objectives of the business and People and Culture function.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our HR operations and contribute to a positive organizational culture. A clear and straightforward communication style is essential to foster trust and collaboration.
