Leading learning and development activities and process in Lyreco SiMa. Create, promotes, and foster individual and organization effectiveness by developing and offering an array of innovation and diverse programs in support of the organization's commitment to our employee development and organization success.
- In-charge of end-to-end L&D function to ensure effective L&D plan and activities in supporting development of our people. Work includes work closely with Group L&D in ensuring Lyreco training module is implemented successfully at sub level in timely manner and organize manner.
- Carry out company wide yearly L&D Need Analysis and well design L&D program that address employee competency gap (OJT, Soft Skills, Technical skills, etc) effectively
- Strong business partnership with department management team in order to provide relevant learning recommendation to enhance employee productivity
- Delivery of selected in-house training program / topics to the employee effectively (NEON, GreatLyder, Sales related training etc)
- Project leader for any group learning/training program. Lead the program to ensure successful implementation at local level with all respective stakeholders and department training (i.e. Sales Excellence program)
- Fully in-charge of Workday Learning platform. This includes planning, organising, structure and upload all department leaning material into WDL (SiMa learning library) in timely manner. Onboard end users to WDL successfully; and continue to drive organization in digital learning approach (webinar, WDL, e-learning, Linkedin Learning ) successfully and effectively.
- Timely provide learning report to the management team in weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. This includes to record and track employee training attendance, post training feedback survey
- Carry out post L&D Anaysis, provide management reporting and recommendation of company ROI
- Work closely with TA and Managers to provide on-going L&D support to employee and mid-management team (New joiner onboarding training, refreshment training, new process implementation training)
- Complete all other ad-hoc tasks related to your role assign to you from time to time
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma and above in Physology, Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsft Office (Microsoft Power Point), experience user in Workday (or any other HRIS application), Well verse with TNA, Intermediate Project Management skills, Strong analysitcal skills, Great communicator and presenter skills and online learning/AI related training tools & platform
- Train The Trainer
- Valid driving license. This role required travel to location to carry out training
- Physcial able body
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English & bahasa malaysia
- Minimum 1-3 years working experience as trainer, preferably in Sales/Retail/Service Industry
- Working location will be Senai-Ipark
- Salary range between RM4.5k-RM5k
