Role Purpose
Delivers specialised blended learning experiences for complex products or services
Responsibilities
1) Manages sales blended learning and education experiences including activities such as facilitation of virtual and face-to-face learning sessions, community management and content curation for complex products or services, ensuring learners' adoption as well as ensuring accuracy is maintained.
2) Builds strong rapport with in-store colleagues, building their confidence.
3) Acts as a point of contact for boutique staff for product and sales questions.
4) Coordinates with senior colleagues to determine and plan sales learning needs in the geographical area.
5) Contributes experience and expertise to the development and update of blended learning and education assets and experiences as well as company policy.
Desirable experience
• University degree in L&D, sales, training OR comparable education/work experience
• Generally highly proficient level of experience in sales training
